How do I order a Custom Cake?
Fill in My Custom Cake order form and submit. I will contact you and we
can either meet with you in person or discuss the details by phone, text or
email during business hours, whichever is easier for you.

How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as soon as you know about your event, and at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Many cakes require planning, and some require reference research to get the look you want. I take a limited number of cake orders each week. All this said, you may call with a last minute request, there might be an open spot in the schedule…It never hurts to ask!
Do you do special requests?
If you have a special request, please do not hesitate to ask us. We will be happy to try and create a custom cake for your special day.
What is your price range:
Cakes begin at approximately $50 depending on size and design complexity, and standard cupcakes start at $1 each.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to many parts of Central New York and surrounding areas. Delivery pricing depends on location starting at $15. If requesting delivery, please do so when you order.
When do I pay?
For Celebration Cake orders over $150, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The balance for all cakes will be due 30 days before delivery.
For Wedding, Anniversary, and Grooms Cakes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the event.
Do you accept credit cards?
No, not at this time. We do accept cash, money orders, and cashier checks.
